The notice was drafted under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). KVKK and the GDPR do not correspond article for article; references here are to the Turkish statute.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the website www.mindpera.com operated by Mindpera Teknoloji Bilişim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Mindpera) and to the communication processes run through it.

The principles governing customer data processed in Mindpera installations are set out in the service agreement and data processing annexes signed with the relevant organisation. This policy does not replace those agreements.

2. Data we collect

There is no requirement to create an account on our website. We collect only the data you submit, the technical records needed for the site to run securely and cookieless aggregate page visit statistics. Our website does not carry out advertising tracking or profiling.

• Form data: name, company, role, email, telephone, sector, number of branches, the product you are interested in, your message and your confirmation that you read the privacy notice.
• Email correspondence: information you share when you write to us directly.
• Technical data: the hosting provider's server records and a keyed one-way hash of your IP address for form security.

3. Why we process data

We do not use your data to send bulk marketing messages unless you have explicitly asked for them.

• To respond to your demo and contact requests.
• To identify the right solution for you and prepare proposals and presentations.
• To run contract processes where a commercial relationship is established.
• To keep the site secure and prevent unsolicited messages and misuse.
• To fulfil our obligations under legislation.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for advertising. Sharing is limited to the suppliers needed to deliver the service, and to the data they need.

5. Third-party services

Third-party services used on our site are subject to their own privacy policies. We have no direct control over how those services process data.

Our site may link to third-party sites. Those links open only when you click them; Mindpera is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the sites they open.

• Google Workspace: delivering form submissions by email and storing them in our corporate mailboxes.
• Hosting provider: supplies the shared hosting infrastructure the site runs on.
• OpenPanel: cookieless site statistics. Writes no cookie or local record to your browser and does not store your IP address.
• The site uses no advertising, social media plug-ins, external fonts or external scripts; all files, including fonts, are served from our own server.

6. Data security

We apply the technical and administrative measures commonly accepted in the industry to protect your data. We also state plainly that no system can offer absolute security.

• Site traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
• The form endpoint accepts requests only from the site's own pages; submission frequency and request size are limited.
• Two-step verification is used on our corporate email accounts.
• Access permissions are limited on a need-to-know basis.
• Form data is not held in a persistent database on the site; it is delivered by email to the Mindpera address.

7. Customer data in on-premise installations

Mindpera can be installed on the customer's own servers (on-premise). In that model, operational data such as sales, stock and personnel data stays on the customer's own infrastructure and is not transferred to Mindpera systems.

Mindpera may access such data only at the customer's request and with their approval, for support or maintenance, and limited to the period and scope the work requires. Access conditions are set out in the service agreement.

Where a cloud-based or hosted installation is chosen, where the data is held and who can access it is governed separately by contract.

8. Children's data

Our website and Mindpera are aimed at corporate users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that a child's data has been sent to us, we delete it within a reasonable period. If you notice such a case, you can tell us at info@mindpera.com.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its processing. These rights and the application procedure are explained in detail in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Because our site uses no consent-based cookies or tracking technologies, no cookie consent is requested. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time because of changes in legislation or updates to our services.

The current text is always published on this page and the last update date is shown. For substantial changes we inform visitors through the site as far as possible.
